The below just show you a case: An American customer provided 4 photos in his inquiry (some customers provide drawings, or samples), and those 4 photos were from a similar plastic part. After preliminary discussion, we provided rough quotation. Due to rather competitive offer, this customer immediately accepted our offer and then gave us another 2 sizes to quote price. After prices and quality promise were accepted, we Kunyang as Plastic Injection Service Factory took the initiative to use Alibaba Trade Assurance Programme to make mould down-paymeht (deposits) by bank transfer (T/T). Buyer was happy to arrange initial payment immediately and told us he needed some change. 2 days later, he provided a rough PDF design to depict his change. Our salesman translated the words and made official paper about this change to engineers team for evaluation. Our engineers started 3D drawings for this customer to check. And he made further change in logo requirement, so our engineers team kept revising the drawings till this buyer's final satisfaction. After all were /confirm/ied, we started mould making, and every several days we sent status update to this buyer. 21 natural days afterwards, we finished mould making and tested the mould and samples. We were excited to show our customer our test photos which were appreciated so much. We used our own courier express forwarder to send this customer samples for test. 8 natural days later the sampes were received and 11 days afterwards the buyer feedbacked the test result positively. We as Plastic Factory received his remaining 70% of the 1st mould fee and 30% of 150pcs production deposits as well another 2 moulds downpayment on the 3rd day after that test result feedback... |

As he later said he needed to shorten production lead time because his product was selling very hot and thus the quantity increased. In order to meet his time requirement, we as Plastic Factory specially made another big mould at our own cost but asked for deposit, which was fully refunded when his quantity met 500,000pcs. This product requires t resist high temperature of 125 centigrade and also anodization surface treatment. | The shippment is up to our buyers' decision. If they have their own shipping agent, they can either use their agent or use our forwarders. Most of our orders have been shipped by our own forwarders. We have 2 forwarders, one is for courier express and air shippment and the other one is for seaway shippment. As in either way we commit our orders to them each, so we are their big customer and thus they give us good freight rate and excellent service. This is why our customers use our forwarders and some even use our forwarder even though they have their own forwarder---We have a customer from Belgium. In the first shipment they insisted to use their own shipping agent because they could not believe us as that was the first order. After comparason, big freight difference made them try our forwarder and after that time they use our shipping agent every time.
